Predmetom zákazky je nákup hlboko zmrazených výrobkov, dodanie tovaru do miesta dodania a vyloženie tovaru v mieste dodania v súlade s príslušnými legislatívnymi a hygienickými predpismi. Predmet zákazky predstavuje najmä : rôzne druhy mrazenej zeleniny, mrazené ryby, hotové jedlá a polotovary, mrazená hydina. Bližší opis predmetu zákazky je uvedený v súťažných podkladoch, v časti B1 Opis predmetu zákazky. Množstvá sú určené podľa súčasného počtu stravníkov a nie sú pre obstarávateľa záväzné, nakoľko sa ich počet počas zmluvného vzťahu môže zmeniť. Celkové množstvá jednotlivých druhov tovarov sú uvedené ako predpokladané. Verejný obstarávateľ konkrétne množstvá tovaru v závislosti od počtu stravníkov bližšie špecifikuje v jednotlivých objednávkach
