Description
Le tronçon UPlaNS N13, Oberriet - St. Margrethen (km 172.800 – km 188.400 de la N13) a été mis en service en 1964 en tant que semi-autoroute à deux voies. La transformation complète en autoroute à quatre voies a été réalisée en plusieurs étapes jusqu’en 2002. En raison de l’âge avancé de la chaussée et des divers ouvrages d’art, un projet de maintenance a été lancé pour ce tronçon. Le présent marché public comprend les prestations du mandat de spécialiste de l’acoustique pour le concept de maintenance/mesures (CM/CMes), puis le suivi acoustique jusqu’au projet d’exécution (PE).
