Obiectul prezentei proceduri il constituie achizitia de carburant, motorina standard accizata la pompa (51) -EURO5 si benzina fara plumb standard accizata la pompa (95)-EURO5, prin carduri pentru cumparat combustibil in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini, necesare functionarii corespunzatoare a Achizitorului. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 24 Termenul de raspuns la solicitarile de clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 11 zile.
