Description
Morängatans vård- och omsorgsboende är en byggnad från 1979. Äldreboendet ska byggas om för att uppfylla verksamhetens behov, tillgänglighetskrav och arbetsmiljökrav. Ombyggnaden innebär ny planlösning i stora delar av byggnaden, men med få konstruktiva ingrepp. Boendet har idag 89 lägenheter fördelade på 6 enheter. BTA ca 10 000 kvm. Efter ombyggnationen är klar så ska det bli 95 lägenheter
