Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Appropriate Assessment (AA) and Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA) for the preparation of the Monaghan County Development Plan 2025-2031. This includes; a) carrying out and undertaking of an appropriately scaled Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) which fully complies with the principles and requirement of the SEA Directive 2001-42-EC, the European Communities (Environmental Assessment of Certain Plans and Programmes) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 435 of 2004) as amended by European Communities (Environmental Assessment of Certain Plans and Programmes) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 (S.I.
