Description
Upphandlingen omfattar att Leverantören ska implementera och tillhandahålla ett molnbaserat journalsystem till elevhälsan. Tjänsten ska stödja säker och effektiv hantering av information med olika nivåer av sekretess, inklusive både professioner med stark sekretess, såsom elevhälsopersonal, och professioner med lägre sekretess, såsom administratörer, pedagoger och studie- och yrkesvägledare. Tjänsten ska möjliggöra dokumentation på individ-, grupp- och organisationsnivå, med separata journaler och akter för respektive profession och sekretessnivå, samt en gemensam digital barn-/elevakt för information som delas mellan professioner. Det ska också inkludera funktioner för utskrift, digital export, integration med andra system, och hantering av ärenden och möten på ett sätt som säkerställer spårbarhet, datasäkerhet och lagstadgad sekretess. Tjänsten ska stödja kommunikation med elever, vårdnadshavare och användare via webbportal, meddelandefunktioner, e-post, SMS och videomöten, samt funktioner för elektroniska samtycken och hälsoenkäter med säker autentisering.
