Description

Nytt LSS boende som avser sex nya boendelägenheter inklusive personal- och teknikutrymmena utföras på fastigheten Möllarp 1:20 med adress Västrabyvägen 31. Lägenheterna som ska byggas ska vara fullvärdiga med kök, toalett med plats för tvättmaskin. Fläktrum samt en del av teknikutrymme placeras på plan 2, vindsvåning. Projektet omfattar ca 650m² BTA samt ny markanläggning. Objektet är projekterat utifrån en miljöcertifiering med målet att uppförd byggnad i entreprenaden ska certifieras enligt Miljöbyggnad 4.0 nivå silver samt NollCO2 2.0 certifiering, enligt Sweden Green Building Council (SGBC).
