Description
Le présent marché a pour objet les prestations de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction, en site "patrimoine remarquable" (SPR), de 40 logements, d'un pôle multi-accueil en extension de 200 m² et de la réhabilitation (ITE, toiture, menuiseries extérieures, électricité) de la salle du club de l'amitié sur les parcelles AN 492, 20, 603 et 21. Le projet devra tenir compte de l'environnement existant, dont notamment le dénivelé du terrain, dont on en tirera une force sur le positionnement des stationnements. Plusieurs types de matériaux pourront être utilisés afin de mettre en valeur le bâtiment. Il devra être proposé un projet intégrant la renaturation des espaces, et foncièrement frugal. Le mode de chauffage des bâtiments devra être étudié pour assurer des charges locatives maitrisées et un faible impact carbone. Le programme d'habitat sera divisé en deux bâtiments desservis par ascenseur avec 40% de T2, 40% de T3 et 20% de T4. 4 T4 auront une surface de 100m².
