Modernizare drum județean DJ 249D: intersecție DJ 249E – Moreni – Prisăcani – Măcăreşti - Grozești – intersecție DJ 244F, km 2+300- km 30+969, în conformitate cu cerintele din documentatia de atribuire Cod CPV principal 45233120-6 - Lucrări de construcții de drumuri (Rev.2); Cod CPV secundar 45221119-9 - Lucrări de construcții de renovări de poduri (Rev.2) 1.In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informatii suplimentare in legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire este de maximum 22 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. 2. In conformitate cu dispoziţiile art. 160 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare cu 10 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
