Przedmiotem zamówienia jest modernizacja ładowarki zgarniakowej portalowej ŁPZ-200.31 dla PGE GiEK S.A. Oddział Elektrownia Opole. Zakres rekonstrukcji obejmuje trzy Etapy: - Etap I: wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-wykonawczej wielobranżowej modernizacji z dostosowaniem do obowiązujących przepisów i standardów w branży konstrukcyjnej, technologii robót demontażowych i montażowych, technologicznej, mechanicznej, elektrycznej, AKPiA. - Etap II: roboty demontażowe, modernizacja oraz dostosowanie do obowiązujących przepisów i standardów ładowarki portalowej ŁPZ-200.31. - Etap III: próby, testy, pełny rozruch wraz z przekazaniem ładowarki do eksploatacji, dokumentację powykonawczą i jakościową, aneks do instrukcji eksploatacji. Szczegółowy zakres opisany jest w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia.
