Predmetom zákazky sú stavebné práce - realizácia diela „Modernizácia Zimného štadióna Pavla Demitru v Trenčíne“, v súlade s výkazmi výmer, ktoré tvoria Prílohu č. 4 týchto súťažných podkladov, projektovou dokumentáciou, ktorá tvorí Prílohu č. 5 týchto súťažných podkladov a zmluvou o dielo, ktorej návrh tvorí Prílohu č. 6 týchto súťažných podkladov.
