Predmetom zákazky je kompletná výmena existujúceho systému merania neutrónového toku AKNT na blokoch EMO12 a jeho náhrada novým systémom EXCORE, vrátane dodávky a inštalácie inštrumentálnej meracej aparatúry ionizačných komôr, súvisiacich hardvérových a softvérových komponentov, realizácie všetkých potrebných technických a stavebných úprav, ako aj vykonania skúšok, testov a zaškolenia obslužného personálu a vrátane servisu. Súčasťou predmetu zákazky je zároveň dodanie a implementácia systému EXCORE pre plnorozsahový simulátor EMO12
