Description
Ramavtal omfattande mobiltelefoner, androidplattor, tillbehör och tillhörande tjänster. Successiva avrop kommer ske under avtalstiden, i första hand kommer de avtalade standardtelefonerna att avropas när behov uppstår. I annat fall kommer avropsberättigade att avropa mobiltelefoner ur det sortiment leverantören erbjuder. Specifika beställningsrutiner gäller för de olika avropsberättigade parterna. Säljaren ska kunna tillhandahålla hela marknadens produktsortiment på begäran. Säljaren är således skyldig att leverera det verkliga behovet.
