Följande produkter och tjänster omfattas av avtalet/upphandlingen: -Mobiltelefoner med tillhörande programvaror så som exempelvis Samsung Knox, Apple Business Manager/Apple Device Enrollment Program. -Reparationer, serviceåtgärder (exempelvis displaybyte och batteribyte) och hantering av garantiärenden. Detta ska även kunna utföras på telefoner som ej är köpta av leverantören.
