Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages, über die Lieferung und den Betrieb von Voice- und Daten SIM-Karten inklusive Tarif- und Kartenmanagement entsprechend den Bestimmungen der Leistungsbeschreibung sowie der entsprechenden Normen sowie sonstiger branchenüblicher Dienstleistungen, mit einem Unternehmer gemäß §§ 31 Abs. 7 und 39 i. V. m. §§ 153 ff BVergG 2018 über die Lieferung SIM- Karten in ganz Österreich.
