Description
Hanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida raamleping SMS-saatmise teenuse ostmiseks koos olemasolevate infosüsteemide liidestamisega hankijate ja pakkuja vahel. Raamleping sõlmitakse tähtajaga 3 (kolm) aastat raamlepingu sõlmimisest arvates või kuni raamlepingu maksimaalse koguse 10 000 000 (kümne miljoni) SMS-i täitumiseni sõltuvalt sellest, milline asjaolu saabub varem.
