Description
Het door Opdrachtnemer laten verrichten van de levering, hosting en onderhoud van een Mobiel toezicht applicatie, op basis van SaaS, alsmede het verrichten van ondersteunende dienstverlening voor deze applicatie. Met Opdrachtnemer wordt een overeenkomst aangegaan voor een initiële contactperiode van 5 jaar, met 5 maal de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst met één jaar te verlengen. Maximale duur van de overeenkomst is tien jaar. Contractwaarde: 1.5 – 2.0 miljoen euro.
