Description
Die Martin Luther Universität plant auf dem Gelände des Weinberg Campus in Halle/ Kröllwitz die Sanierung des ehemaligen Institus für Pharmazie im 2.BA. Die BGF des Gebäudes beträgt 7 160 m2. Durch die Erweiterung des Bereichs der Lebenswissenschaften soll die Grundlage für Kooperationen mit zellbiologischen und medizinischen Gruppen der Medizinischen Fakultät ermöglich/verbessert und der Forschungs- und Technologiestandort Halle weiter gestärkt werden. Insbesondere sollen zellbiologisch-pharmakologisch sowie chemisch-technologisch orientierte Gruppen ihre komplementären Methoden auf gemeinsame Projekte anwenden können. Inhalt dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen nach § 55 - AG 7 und 8 für die LPH 2-8 (stufenweise Beauftragung). Für die Anlagengruppe 7 stehen ca. 1,30 Mio. € brutto (KG 470 DIN 276) zur Verfügung. Für die Anlagengruppe 8 stehen ca. 0,60 Mio. € brutto (KG 480 DIN 276) zur Verfügung.
