Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι μίσθωση μηχανημάτων και φορτηγών, με την μορφή ΔΎΟ (2) ομάδων, ως εξής: 3η ομάδα από έναν (1) ερπυστριοφόρο υδραυλικό εκσκαφέα (> 120 ΗΡ) 7η ομάδα από έναν (1) ερπυστριοφόρο υδραυλικό εκσκαφέα (> 120 ΗΡ) και δύο (2) φορτηγά ανατρεπόμενα Συγκεκριμένα τα μισθωμένα μηχανήματα με τη μορφή ομάδων - συνεργείων θα χρησιμοποιηθούν για τον καθαρισμό της φυτικής βλάστησης και φερτών υλικών ή άλλων εμποδίων που δυσκολεύουν την ελεύθερη απορροή τω υδάτων στα όρια της κοίτης ρεμάτων, χειμάρρων, καναλιών και ποταμών στα γεωγραφικά όρια της Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Ροδόπης, τα οποία θα υποδειχτούν από την Υπηρεσία μας και είναι : ρέμα οικισμού Πάσσου, ρέμα με τα παρακλάδια του από Ν.
