Cet accord-cadre concerne la réalisation d'études techniques ou technico-économiques, dans le domaine de l'ingénierie et du management de projets nécessaires à la gestion, à la réhabilitation et au développement du patrimoine bâti départemental, pour le compte de la Direction des Bâtiments du Département du Val-de-Marne, dans le cadre de sa mission d'intérêt général. Les bâtiments concernés par le présent marché sont les collèges, les équipements et logements de fonctions associés. Le lot 1 SECTEUR COLLÈGES est relancé en raison de la non-reconduction de l'accord-cadre correspondant attribué en 2022.
