Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Il est conclu pour une durée de 4 ans à compter de la date de notification du contrat. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet des missions d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage (Lot 1) et de maîtrise d'oeuvre (Lot 2) pour : - les besoins en réparation et adaptation réglementaire des installations du réseau d'eau, - les projets de sécurisation du service par adjonction de section/bouclage de sécurité, - les extensions géographiques du réseau au fur et à mesure des projets d'aménagement et des nouvelles implantations, - les branchements particuliers pour le compte de nouveaux projets et clients. Le présent avis concerne la phase "candidature"
