La prsente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire relatif une Mission de matrise d'oeuvre relative une opration de rhabilitation et restructuration d'un immeuble de 22 logements, situe au 12 rue de Passy, Paris 16me arrondissement. L'accord-cadre est pass sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 800 000 euros euro(s) HT sur la dure totale de l'opration. Cet accord-cadre permettra d'tablir les termes rgissant les marchs passer sur la dure de l'accord et notamment de prciser les modalits de dtermination des prix des prestations envisages, les missions donnant lieu chacune la conclusion de marchs subsquents. Les MS qui interviendront lors de la survenance des besoins prciseront les caractristiques et les modalits d'excution qui n'auront pas t fixes dans l'accord-cadre
