L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". La présente mission d'Assistance à maitrise d'ouvrage de type OPCU et OPCIC a pour objectif d'assister Grand Avignon et les Maitres d'ouvrage dans le pilotage de ces projets durant toute la durée de mise en oeuvre opérationnelle des conventions financières (2025-2032). Cette mission couvre les projets du NPNRU de Grand Avignon : o Projet de renouvellement urbain Quartiers Sud (4 secteurs opérationnels) o Projet de renouvellement urbain Nord Est (1 secteur opérationnel) Les missions de coordination de type OPCU et OPCIC portent donc sur 5 secteurs opérationnels ou quartiers. A cette fin, la prestation se décompose en 2 missions distinctes : 1. Ordonnancement, pilotage, coordination urbain (OPCU) 2. Ordonnancement, pilotage, coordination inter-chantier (OPCIC)
