Description
Le présent marché a pour objet de mettre en place une solution informatique de Gestion de sa Relation Citoyen (GRC), appelée aussi parfois GRU (Gestion de la Relation Usager). La Ville de Chatou souhaite mettre en place une plateforme en ligne pour dématérialiser et améliorer les démarches des usagers et leurs relations avec la collectivité. Cette plateforme sera une entrée unique pour les usagers qui souhaitent effectuer des démarches auprès des services municipaux et suivre leurs demandes. La collectivité souhaite aborder la mise en oeuvre de ce programme de projets suivant une approche processus afin de revisiter les étapes de chaque démarche avant de la dématérialiser. La ville de Chatou a choisi d'utiliser la solution Publik, sous licence de logiciel libre, référencée au catalogue numérique gouvernemental (catalogue.numerique.gouv.fr).
