Description
Le présent Appel d'Offres porte sur la fourniture, l'installation, la configuration, la mise en service et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) d'une solution de Gestion des Accès Privilégiés (PAM), ainsi que sur l'acquisition et le déploiement d'un gestionnaire de mots de passe d'entreprise. Il a pour objectif la conclusion d'un contrat pluriannuel d'une durée initiale de trois (3) ans, renouvelable jusqu'à trois fois par périodes successives d'un (1) an, sans pouvoir excéder une durée totale de six (6) ans. Ce contrat couvrira notamment : - l'acquisition des licences logicielles nécessaires, - la réalisation des prestations d'intégration et de migration, - la fourniture des services de support et de maintenance, - ainsi que l'accès à des prestations complémentaires (en régie ou au forfait).
