La concession porte plus précisément sur : - l'acquisition de lots dans les copropriétés identifiées par le contrat ; - l'accompagnement social et le relogement des occupants (propriétaires ou locataires) des lots acquis ; - la remise en état des lots acquis ; - la participation active aux réunions de copropriété afin de permettre le redressement de la copropriété, et l'assistance à l'adoption d'un programme de travaux ; - la participation financière aux travaux décidés par la copropriété dans les parties communes et à toutes les charges attachées à sa qualité de copropriétaire ; - la gestion locative des lots acquis ; - la revente des lots acquis, le cas échéant, une fois la copropriété remise en état . - la participation aux différentes commissions de travail ou de suivi mis en place par le contrat ou par l'ORCOD.
