Description
La présente procédure a pour objet de choisir, un porteur de projet avec lequel sera conclu un contrat qui aura pour objet la mise à disposition en l'état où il se trouve, d'un terre-plein d'une superficie de 13 810 m² destiné à la constitution d'un espace affecté principalement à la manutention et au stockage d'unités roulantes à destination du Maghreb, dans le secteur du Hangar 19, dans les Bassins Est du GPMM conformément à l'article 1 du Cahier des Charges. Cette activité devra s'exercer en synergie avec les escales des navires Ropax internationaux qui escaleront à partir de 2026 au Terminal du Cap Janet, principalement sur les postes 4, 5 et 6, potentiellement sur les postes 7 et 8 et très exceptionnellement sur les postes 11 et 12
