Le présent marché a pour objet la mise à disposition de licences donnant accès à une plateforme numérique d’apprentissage à distance et d’entrainement de la langue française (l’hébergement, la maintenance et l’assistance) destinée aux demandeurs d’asile majeurs non francophones, enregistrés ou requalifiés en procédure normale, éligibles ou non aux conditions matérielles d’accueil.
