Description
Das Leibniz-Institut für Photonische Technologien e.V. Jena schreibt ein Mikrofluidik-Forschungsmikroskop für die Erprobung, Durchführung und Entwicklung mikrofluidischer Experimente mit bildgestütztem Readout von in Mikrokanälen transportierten, gefärbten oder farbigen Objekten einschließlich der Vermessung von Strömungsfeldern in Mikrokanälen mittels Particle Imaging Velocimetry (PIV) und Particle Tracking Velocimetry (PTV) aus. Für die Bilderfassung kommen die Beleuchtungsverfahren Hellfeld (HF), Dunkelfeld (DF) und Epi-Fluoreszenz (Fluoreszenz) zur Anwendung.
