Description
Das Leibniz-Institut für Photonische Technologien e.V. schreibt für die Dünnschichtstrukturierung und -abscheidung eine Ionenstrahlätz- und Beschichtungsanlage aus, welche zum Ätzen und Abscheiden von Dünnschichten auf unterschiedlichen Substraten vom Einzelchipformat bis zum 150 mm Wafer eingesetzt werden soll. Die zentralen Anforderungen an das System sind reproduzierbare Ätzprozesse verschiedener metallischer, halbleitender und isolierender Schichten sowie das Abscheiden metallischer und isolierender Schichten ohne Vakuumunterbrechung (Multilagen). Ein Steuer-PC mit Monitor, Tastatur, Maus, entsprechender Software-Lizenzen und aktuellem Betriebssystem (Win 11) ist mitzuliefern.
