Description
Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitava raamlepingu alusel renditakse SA-le Pärnu Haigla 3 aasta jooksul Microsofti litsentse vastavalt hankedokumentides (HD) esitatud tingimustele. Tehniline kirjeldus ja prognoositavad kogused on toodud HD lisas 1. Tarkvara litsentside pakkuja peab garanteerima Microsofti tarkvara rendilepingu litsentseerimistingimuste täitmise (sh renditud tarkvara uusimate versioonide kättesaadavuse, tugiteenuste osutamise jmt). Hankijal on õigus lepinguperioodil suurendada või vähendada renditavate litsentside koguseid vastavalt tegelikule vajadusele. Raamleping sõlmitakse ühe pakkujaga (lepingu projekt HD lisa 2). Renditavate litsentsidega peab kaasnema eestikeelne koolitus ja nõustamine vastavalt raamlepingus sätestatule.
