Description
The M120 Heavy Civils Enabling Works Framework Agreement (the M120 Framework) will provide heavy civils engineering works and ancillary works for the MetroLink programme. The procurement of the M120 Framework (the Competition) will be conducted under the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (as amended) (SI 286/2016), and will be managed by TII, acting as the contracting authority. The M120 Framework will consist of two (2) separate value-based lots. Both lots will be procured using the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition (per Regulation 46 of the Utilities Regulations) leading to a multi-party Framework Agreement (per Regulation 50 of the Utilities Regulations). Applicants may apply for one (1) lot only. The lots are as follows: M120 Framework Lot 1 – Heavy Civils Enabling Works (Call-off contracts with an estimated value of €50 million or more (excluding VAT) and those determined by the Contracting Authority to be complex call-off contracts of any value which may require specific technical or specialist resources.
