Description
Hunt biobank requires an analysis platform where extraction, detection and quantification of methylated circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA) shall be carried out. In persons with colorectal cancer ctDNA makes up only a small portion of all cell free DNA (cfDNA) in plasma, so that this requires accurate and high sensitivity of the instrumentation.
