Description
NTNU would like to enter into a framework agreement with 2 tenderers for HVAC and water and sewage materials, provided that sufficient suitable tenders are received. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in Annex 1 of the contract.
Award criteria
- Cost — Completion of Annex 3b Price Form
- Quality — Tenderers shall answer questions in Annex 1-2 and describe how they work with the environment.
- Quality — Tenderers shall respond to the requirements in Annex 1-2.
