Description
Acord cadru valabil pe o perioadă de 24 luni de la data intrării în vigoare, în baza căruia se vor achiziţiona servicii de mentenanță preventivă (revizii tehnice periodice) şi corectivă (reparatii) pentru sistemul de propulsie, energetic si intalatiilor electromecanice din dotarea celor trei nave maritime de intervenţie proiect Shaldag MK IV in conformitate cu prevederile caietului de sarcini. Solicitarile de clarificari din partea posibililor ofertanti se vor face cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor in conformitate cu prevederile art.160 alin.1 si 2 din Legea 98/2016, iar autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare cu 13 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
