Σύναψη Συμφωνίας Πλαίσιο για το έργο: «Μελέτη, Προμήθεια & Εγκατάσταση Υ/Β και Υ/Γ καλωδίων στο πλαίσιο έργων διασύνδεσης νήσων με το ΕΣΜΗΕ», εξαετούς διάρκειας, μέσω διαδικασίας με διαπραγμάτευση με προηγούμενη δημοσίευση προκήρυξης, με κριτήριο ανάθεσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, με βάση αποκλειστικά τη χαμηλότερη τιμή. Αρχικός προϋπολογισμός έργου: €1.717.000.000 πλέον ΦΠΑ. Ο τελικός προϋπολογισμός θα οριστικοποιηθεί στην Πρόσκληση για την υποβολή της τελικής προσφοράς (Β’ Φάση) και μπορεί να αυξομειωθεί σε ποσοστό 20% σε σχέση με τον αρχικό προϋπολογισμό και θα αποτελεί ανώτατο όριο τελικής προσφοράς. Ο τελικός προϋπολογισμός θα οριστικοποιηθεί στην Πρόσκληση για την υποβολή της τελικής προσφοράς (Β’ Φάση) και μπορεί να αυξομειωθεί σε ποσοστό 20% σε σχέση με τον αρχικό προϋπολογισμό και θα αποτελεί ανώτατο όριο τελικής προσφοράς.
