Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η μελέτη κατασκευής φραγμάτων αντιπλημμυρικής προστασίας σε θέσεις του υδρογραφικού δικτύου της Λεκάνης Απορροής Πυλάρου, στη Δ.Ε. Πυλάρου του Δήμου Σάμης Κεφαλληνίας, για την ανάσχεση της ροής των υδάτων και της μαζικής ροής των φερτών. Τα φράγματα θα συμβάλλουν, μαζί με άλλα έργα που προβλέπονται ή θα προβλεφθούν στην ίδια λεκάνη (μέσω άλλων μελετών), στην αποκατάσταση των επιπτώσεων από τα έντονα καιρικά φαινόμενα των τελευταίων ετών και κυρίως στην αντιπλημμυρική προστασία της περιοχής της Πυλάρου Κεφαλληνίας από μελλοντικά πλημμυρικά φαινόμενα, που λόγω της κλιματικής κρίσης η συχνότητα εμφάνισής τους εκτιμάται ότι θα αυξηθεί. Οι κατηγορίες μελετών (άρθρο 2 παρ. 3 περίπτωση 15 του Ν. 4412/16) που απαιτούνται είναι οι εξής: 13 (μελέτες υδραυλικών έργων), 8 (στατικές μελέτες), 10 (μελέτες συγκοινωνιακών έργων), 16 (μελέτες τοπογραφίας), 20 (γεωλογικές μελέτες), 21 (γεωτεχνικές έρευνες & μελέτες), 27 (περιβαλλοντικές μελέτες). Επίσης, απαιτούνται οι εξής γενικές μελέτες: Σχέδιο Ασφάλειας & Υγείας (Σ.Α.Υ.) - Φάκελος Ασφάλειας & Υγείας (Φ.Α.Υ.) και Τεύχη Δημοπράτησης.
