Ponuditelji su dužni ponuditi predmet nabave sukladno zahtjevima i potrebama Naručitelja opisanim u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi, tehničkim specifikacijama iz Troškovnika, kao i svim ostalim uvjetima navedenima u Dokumentaciji.
