Description

Upphandlingens syfte och mål är att täcka bakjourer i Giftinformationscentralens telefonrådgivning under överenskomna schemalagda perioder. Huvuduppgiften för konsulten är att vid behov diskutera och ge primärjouren stöd, alternativt att ta över samtalet. Schemat bestäms för tre (3) månader i taget och konsulten ska alltid finnas i beredskap under de schemalagda timmarna. Arbetet är förlagt till dygnets alla timmar. Frågeställningarna är av avancerad klinisk natur samt behöver besvaras omgående. Under kontorstid finns bakjouren i Giftinformationscentralens lokaler och annan tid tillgänglig via telefon. Vid behov av förstärkt organisation har konsulten en timmes inställelsetid till Giftinformationscentralens lokaler om inget annat är överenskommet.
