Medicamentele sunt cuprinse in cadrul Programului National de Sanatate - Hemofilie, CPV; 33621000-9 Medicamente pentru sange si pentru organele hematopoietice (Rev.2), necesare pentru asigurarea tratamentului pacienților diagnosticați cu hemofilie și alte tulburări congenitale de coagulare, aflați în evidența și tratamentul unității sanitare. Medicamentele vor fi utilizate pentru prevenirea și controlul episoadelor hemoragice, pentru tratamentul profilactic sau la nevoie al pacienților, precum și pentru asigurarea continuității terapiilor prescrise de medicii specialiști, în conformitate cu protocoalele terapeutice, indicațiile medicale și reglementările aplicabile programului național de sănătate. Cantitatile necesare sunt specificate in Caietul de sarcini - Anexa nr.1. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016; prevederile art. 8 alin (2) din HG nr. 419/2018.
