Description
Medicamente diverse UPU_SMURD - Anexa nr. 1 aferenta Caietului de sarcini. Medicamente diverse UPU_SMURD necesare tratamentului pacienților ajunși în compartimentul de urgențe UPU-SMURD. Scopul achiziției este de a asigura continuitatea actului medical și de a răspunde în mod adecvat situațiilor de urgență, prin disponibilitatea imediată a medicamentelor utilizate frecvent în tratamentele de primă linie. Această achiziție face parte din procesul de îmbunătățire continuă a calității serviciilor medicale și de creștere a capacității de reacție a sistemului de urgență. Cantitătile necesare sunt specificate in Caietul de sarcini. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi înainte de data limită stabilită pentru depunerea ofertelor conform art. 161 din Legea nr. 98/2016; prevederile art. 8 alin (2) din HG nr. 419/2018.
