Description
Autoritatea contractanta propune incheirea unui acord cadru de furnizare medicamente diverse pentru o perioada de 24 luni cu atribuirea semestriala a contractelor subsecvente . Cantitatile minime si maxime care fac obiectul acordului cadru sunt prezentate in caietul de sarcini .Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor conform art. 161, alin. (2), Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile ulterioare .Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente pentru operatorii economici clasati pe locurile 2 si 3. In cazul in care ofertantul clasat pe locul 1, declara ca nu are capacitatea de a onora contractul subsecvent, autoritatea contractanta va atribui contractul subsecvent urmatorului operator economic locul 2. Atribuirea contractului subsecvent opratorului clasat pe locul 3 se va produce in cazul in care locul 1 si 2 declara ca nu au capacitatea de a onora contractul subsecvent.
