Description
In urma incheierii acordului-cadru autoritatea contractanta va incheia contracte subsecvente, in functie de necesitatile acesteia si fondurile disponibile. Cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata intregului acord-cadru, precum si cantitatile minime si maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent sunt specificate in anexa din caietul de sarcini. Valorile estimate ale celui mai mare contract subsecvent sunt specificate in caietul de sarcini si sectiunea Loturi, Informatii suplimentare: Cantitatile minime si maxime specificate la fiecare lot, reprezinta cantitatile acordului-cadru. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 10 - a zi, inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, conf. art. 160 din Legea 98/2016. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20.
