Se vor oferta toate produsele la nivelul cantitatilor maxime solicitate ale acordului-cadru La nivelul DUAE, ofertanții trebuie să declare că „îndeplinesc toate criteriile de selecție impuse prin anunțul relevant sau în documentele achiziției menționate în anunț”, prin răspunsul dat la completarea DUAE (bifarea corespunzătoare) referitoare la „a: Indicația globală pentru toate criteriile de selecție” . Subcontractant/Subcontractanti/Asociatul/asociații nominalizați va/vor prezenta distinct DUAE în care se vor cuprinde informațiile solicitate. 1. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor; 2.
