Riksbanken har behov av att utvärdera och utveckla sitt kommunikationsarbete och behöver därför externt stöd som kan följa vårt arbete vad gäller prioriterade målgruppers uppfattning om vår kommunikation, liksom deras förtroende för vår kommunikation och Riksbanken i stort.
