Hyra av trygghetslarm till ordinärt boende. Motivering av beslut om upphandlingsförfarande: Osby kommun har anslutit sig till Trygghetscentralen NO Skåne. Trygghetscentralen arbetar i ett ärende- och larmhanteringssystem som heter Coordcom. Coordcom tillhandahålls i Sverige av SOS Alarm, och SOS Alarm har ensamrätt på Coordcom i Sverige. Driftsäkerheten på Coordcom är väldigt hög då hela den svenska 112-funktionen initialt hanteras i detta system. Coordcom ligger inte anslutet mot internet, utan har helt fristående förbindelser. Trygghetslarm som används i Sverige använder ett protokoll som heter SCAIP. För att kunna hantera trygghetslarm i Coordcom så behövs det en SCAIP-mottagare. SOS Alarm har idag ingen egen SCAIPmottagare utan har ett samarbete med Legrand för att nyttja deras SCAIP-mottagare för att ta emot larm i Coordcom. Genom att använda Legrands hårdvara och webbgränssnitt (CMP) för registrering av trygghetslarm så skickas information i realtid in i Coordcom. Detta gäller både vid nyregistrering av trygghetslarm, ändringar på befintliga trygghetslarm samt vid borttagning av trygghetslarm.
