Description
Katrineholm Vatten och Avfall AB har, efter genomförandet av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering och denna frivilliga förhandsinsyn, för avsikt att ingå avtal med Tegelstaden Entreprenad AB avseende nybyggnation slambehandling/rötkammare – totalentreprenad Rosenholms ARV. 6 kap 5§ LUF (2016:1146) är tillämpligt, då det vid föregående annonsering inte har lämnats några anbud och de villkor som har angetts i de ursprungliga upphandlingsdokumenten inte har ändrats väsentligt. Ett avtal kommer att tecknas med entreprenören efter 2024-02-22.
