Description

Hallstahammars kommun har för avsikt att teckna kontrakt gällande underhåll och support av verksamhetssystemet Stratsys. Genom befintligt kontrakt har kommunen köpt och äger licenser för nyttjanderätt till verksamhetssystemet och dess avtalade programprodukter/moduler. Underhåll och support kan endast tillhandahållas av Stratsys AB (556586-9848) på grund av ensamrätt. Med detta skäl anser kommunen att villkoren i LOU kap. 6 § 14 3:e punkten är uppfyllda. Kontraktets uppskattade värde är 664 000 kr per år. Avtalsspärr gäller t.o.m. 2024-02-19
