Description

It is Meath County Council’s requirement to provide a genuine digital transformation of services, a channel shift to online provision and a focus on outcome-based delivery. To facilitate this goal, the Council seeks to procure a cloud-based Digital Services Platform to provide citizens with a seamless, user-friendly interface allowing for efficient access to public services, real-time updates on service requests, and a robust feedback mechanism to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
