Uppdraget avser uppdragstjänster för vidareutveckling, anpassning samt tekniskt stöd kopplat till reinvestering och förvaltning av Trafikverkets kod för skyltstyrningssystem. Systemen utgör en strategiskt viktig del av Trafikverkets trafikinformations- och trafikledningsförmåga och är av central betydelse för såväl pågående och planerade infrastrukturprojekt som för Trafikverkets långsiktiga mål och utvecklingsinriktning. De system som omfattas av uppdraget är Trafikverkets skyltstyrningssystem LASSY och UMS3, vilka successivt reinvesteras och anpassas för att möta framtida behov av funktionalitet, robusthet och integration i Trafikverkets IT- och anläggningsmiljö
